Why hiring an artists if there is AI?
I'm bringing on board much more than just final images. I'm bringing love for the craft, understanding of production pipeline, tons of experience working with people, collaborating and creating impactful stories together.
Every studio needs that.
Hello!
My name is Gosia. I'm an artist working in the game industry since almost 10 years.
My focus lies with character art, both 2D and 3D. However, throughout the years, I've had the chance to dip my toes into many aspects of game production, including concept art, illustration, pipeline building as well as mentoring and managing teams.
I believe some artists are meant to be experts in one field, and some thrive being jacks of all trades. I definitely belong to the second group, and I'm proud to admit it. Exploring different areas of art and different styles helps my creativity continuously flow. This gives me tools and skills to jump into a variety of projects and solve problems from multiple angles. Each project I was part of had vastly different style requirements and different pipelines. I learn a lot from such challenges and I bring this knowledge with me to every studio I join.
Main drive in my career will always be art, inventing stories and crafting worlds. I also believe, however, that there is more to being an artist than only creating. Big part of my love for the industry is working with people, learning from them and making great things together.
Throughout the years, I've worked with many different teams and learned a lot about collaborating, mentoring and building a trustful and supportive atmosphere. I've had the chance to work with amazing artists who are a big source of inspiration and knowledge for me, and I always try to be that for others.
I believe the best artists never stop learning and the world never stops providing new things to learn.
I'm always ready to contribute my skills and knowledge in order to make great things together, I would love to be part of your project!
