My name is Gosia. I'm a senior artist working in the game industry for over 11 years.
I have hands-on experience across 2D and 3D art creation, vis-dev, production pipelines, team management and mentoring. Concept art and character design are at the core of what I do, but I thrive on versatile projects that challenge me to try new things.
When joining a new team, I bring adaptability, a strong work ethic and expert-level knowledge of artistic fundamentals. My toolbox includes Photoshop, Zbrush, Blender, Substance painter, and more.
I'm comfortable working across a wide range of styles and can quickly align with project's needs. My experience helps me quickly identify the visual language that best serves the team's goals. I know when to close doors and when to explore ideas further to deliver the best experience to the audience.
Art and storytelling will always be my main drive. But there is more to being an artist than just the craft itself. I value technical knowledge, clear communication and feedback. I've contributed to building games from ground up and always stay on top of industry trends.
Over the years, I've worked with diverse teams and learned the importance of building a trustful and supportive atmosphere while balancing speed with quality. I believe the best artists never stop learning, and I strive to inspire those I work with to experiment, challenge their ideas, and grow continuously.
There are countless ways to tell stories, and I'm excited to explore them while creating things that people will remember for years.
